Johnny Three Tears then told him, "It was so bad, that I don't think there would've been another record if he was still with us. The two stated that the band had to constantly satisfy Deuce while they were touring. Nobody really knew why Deuce was no longer in the band, until interviewer Bryan Stars of Youtube interviewed Johnny Three Tears and Da Kurlzz. In 2010, Deuce was no longer in the band. On November 10th, 2009, the band released the album Desperate Measures as a CD/DVD set with six unreleased new songs, three of which were cover songs, and an unreleased remix of Everywhere I Go. The album sold 21,000 copies in its first week. On September 2nd, 2008, Hollywood Undead released their debut album Swan Songs. Hollywood Undead finally found a record label that would not censor their music, signing with A&M/Octone Records.
